According to the analysis of GGII, with the normalization of the epidemic situation in overseas markets, the economic and cultural activities of countries in export markets tend to be normal, which also stimulates the activity of downstream consumer markets, while the appreciation of the US dollar further stimulates exports. Earlier, Lehman Optoelectronics disclosed at the 2021 annual performance online presentation that in the first quarter of 2022, Lehman Optoelectronics achieved a total revenue of 223 million yuan in the international market, an increase of 60.29% over the same period last year. The improvement of overseas market prosperity will be an important engine for the company's revenue growth. In fact, all data show that in 2020 and 2021, the domestic revenue of LED display listed companies, including Liade, Lehman, Zhouming and Lianjian, has increased considerably. In 2021, the revenue of Qiangli Jucai exceeded 5 billion yuan, and the growth rate reached a record high. However, by the fourth quarter of 2021, the downstream demand in the domestic market began to slow down significantly. This is also evident in the financial reports of many LED listed companies. At the same time, exports began to recover. Especially since 2022, the export of LED display has begun to grow rapidly. Enterprises have also increased their efforts to cultivate the export market. "With the recovery and growth of the overseas market in 2022, the overseas inventory we prepared in 2021 will be gradually digested, especially in the leasing sector." Zhu Yuwen, Secretary of Zhouming Science and Technology, revealed that in the future, under the global layout, the growth of overseas business will be very obvious, which has been gradually reflected in the business performance in 2022. GGII's survey also showed that the export market improved significantly in the first quarter, even exceeding expectations. The international market achieved a total revenue of 223 million yuan, an increase of 60.29% over the same period last year, which became an important engine of the company's performance growth in the first quarter. Among them, the international display business increased by 77.48% over the same period last year. Lehman Optoelectronics also said that overseas market demand increased steadily in the first quarter of this year. In the first quarter of 2022, Liade's overseas smart display business revenue increased by 55.55% compared with the same period last year, reaching 551 million yuan. The growth rate was also significantly higher than the 23.11% growth of domestic led wall display business. The annual sales of Qiangli Jucai's overseas business hit a record high in 2021. In the first quarter of this year, the overseas sales of the powerful giant color still maintained a high-speed growth trend. On the one hand, the overseas market demand is strong, on the other hand, the recent appreciation of the US dollar has also brought benefits to the export of LED display. Many display companies have recently said that the appreciation of the US dollar is conducive to the export of products, which may increase export revenue. GGII also believes that the gross profit rate of overseas market is significantly higher than that of domestic market. In order to maintain the growth of net profit in 2022, LED display enterprises should pay more attention to the further development of overseas market. Especially in the Asian, African and Latin American markets with less layout in the past.
