The main product segment includes five or six standard products of p2.0/p1.9/p1.6/p1.2/p1.0/p0.8. Among them, p2.0 / p1.9 products have achieved large-scale applications, and the products are highly mature from lamp beads to terminals, especially in digital signs, radio and television, and display applications of more than 250 inches. The market expansion is going to the "cabbage" stage.

P1.6 product is the main product with the fastest development in the market at present. Although the cost of this product is only less than 20% higher than p2.0 product, it can realize 150 inch Full HD 2K resolution display, and 1.5k high-resolution display on a 120-inch screen, with the pixel density, increased by more than 56%. P1.0 and p0.8 products are the latest development achievements of small spacing LED products. The pixel density has reached the display standard of early 100 inch LCD and plasma TV, and its core technical indicators have reached or even exceeded most of the "large screen display competitive" technologies in the above 100-inch level display system. Although this kind of product is in the initial stage of innovation, due to the highly inherited process and technology of previous products, its market maturity is expected. At the same time, the industry also believes that the "potential demand" for further development of higher-level products with a small spacing LED is very small. From the perspective of market demand, small spacing LED products have reached a quite mature state of industrial technology.


In fact, only considering the p2.0, P1.6 and P1.2 products with large-scale mature technology, the small spacing LED display technology can provide 1K to 2K resolution display products in the market economy at the level of more than 100 inches, and 2K, 4K or even higher resolution display products in the market at the level of more than 200 inches.


Different from the short history, rapid technology, and industry maturity, and the trend of application generalization of small spacing LED products, engineering projector products are now in the early stage of the "secondary technology revolution".


According to the traditional mercury lamp light source products, the market of project projector products is highly mature. All kinds of brightness products are provided with abundant products, and the price is basically stable: 5000-5500 lumens are basically 20000 yuan, 6000-6500 lumens are 60000-80000, and 8000 lumens are 120000-150000. (the above quotation mainly refers to low-cost products. The price of high-end products with the same brightness will double. For example, if it is a color effect enhanced version or a hernia lamp, the quotation will at least double.)


However, since 2012, the laser light source projection technology has been maturing and improving. At present, the engineering projection has the trend of the continuous laser. Laser technology can significantly reduce the operation and maintenance cost of project projection, increase product stability, brightness, color and contrast and other core display performance. However, laser technology will also significantly increase the cost of Engineering projection. The analysis shows that the price of the project projection with the same brightness in the initial market is at least 4 times higher than the traditional price after using a laser light source.


It is because of the existence of such a "vast difference" in price, the project projection of laser is not smooth. This leads to the fact that although the traditional engineering projection products are very mature and have the advantage of being cheaper than the small spacing led in the 100-200 inch market, the laser engineering projection market is developing very immature and the application cost is not lower or even higher than the small spacing LED products.


It can be seen that the definition of the "maturity" of the Engineering projection product itself is a complex problem, and its market competition with a small spacing LED screen display is a more complex problem.
