Many of the faults of full-color indoor fixed LED screen are caused by improper installation, so it is necessary to strictly follow the steps to install the safe color indoor fixed LED display, especially when it is first installed, so as to reduce the occurrence of errors. Let's take a look at the wiring methods and steps when installing the full-color indoor fixed LED video wall display.

1. Check the power supply voltage

Find out the DC positive and negative connection switch power supply, connect 220V power supply cable to the switch power supply (after confirming the correct connection, connect to AC or NL terminal) and plug in the power. It will be found that a lamp will be on, and then use a multimeter, DC gear to measure the voltage between V + and V - to ensure that the voltage is between 4.8V and 5.1V, with a knob next to it, you can adjust the voltage with a cross screwdriver. In order to reduce screen heating and prolong life, the voltage can be adjusted to 4.5V-4.8 when the brightness requirement is not high. After confirming that there is no voltage problem, disconnect the power supply and continue to assemble other parts.

2. Connecting power supply

First, turn off the power supply, connect V + to the red line, V - to the black line, respectively, to the control card and the indoor LED display unit board, the black line to the control card and the GND of the power supply. The red wire connects the + 5V of the control card and the VCC of the unit board. Each cell board has a power line. After completion, please check whether the connection is correct.

3. Connection Control and Unit Board

Connect with a good arrangement. Pay attention to the direction, not the opposite. Note that the unit board has two 16 PIN interfaces, one is input (in), one is output (out), and the other is input near 74HC245/244. Connect the control card to input. The output is connected to the input of the next cell board.

4. Connecting RJ45 Wire (Data Wire)

One end of the network will be connected to the computer network card port or send card network port, the other end will be connected to the control card, and the remaining control cards will be connected one by one in the form of A-B, A-B.

In order to achieve the best compatibility, T568B standard is generally used in making the through line. The sequence number of RJ45 crystal head needle should be observed as follows: the front of RJ45 plug (one side with copper needle) is facing itself, the top of the copper needle is facing upward, the end of the connecting cable is facing downward, and the eight copper needles are numbered 1-8 from left to right in turn.

5. Check the connection

Check again if the connection is correct. The black line is - V and GND. The red line connects + V and VCC + 5V.

6. detection
